It has been a long time since I played a game of cricket. Am happy that I will have a chance to play a game 20-20 cricket soon next week (Courtesy: My Employer). And I need to start preparing for the game. Spending an hour in the morning for exercising (running / jogging / walking) will definitely help.
Preferring to walk for the daily errands, a game of cricket in the evening and walking around in the office made sure that I burnt the extra calories all these days. Luckily the physical activities ensured that I stayed lean even though I have a very good appetite. But that could change if I do not pay enough attention. Notice that my waist size is increasing slowly. Just have the feeling that I have taken enough rest.
It is time to start exercising.
